R: Delivery is free of charge if your shopping basket is over GBP 30 or equivalent in local currency. For any shopping basket under 30 GBP or equivalent in local currency, delivery is charged 6 GBP or equivalent in local currency. All deliveries outside France are by registered post.

R: The date of dispatch will depend on the availibility of the product, your destination address and the time it takes a parcel to travel from our stock to your destination address. Available products are in stock and will take 24 hours to prepare, pack and dispatch. Out of stock products are usually dispatched within 10 to 15 days.
